On July 2, 2015, before Centrus Digital was given its name, Bob Rustici founded Sharper Selling, an internet marketing services agency specializing in SEO & paid advertising. Fast forward to one year later, and Jonathan Day enters as the new director of business development!
Together, with Bob’s 15+ years experience in the search marketing industry and Jonathan’s advanced skill set in project management and client relations, the pair expanded Sharper Selling.
Their operation base moved to COVE offices in Portsmouth, NH where the office still is today. Then, Sharper Selling took shape in the Seacoast Community, beginning annual sponsorship with the Prescott Park Art Festival in 2016 and the New Hampshire Film Festival in 2017.
In 2018, Jonathan moved up the ranks and joined the ownership team, officially rebranding Sharper Selling to Centrus Digital. By the end of 2018, the two-man team secured new sponsorships with Seacoast Repertory Theater and the Seacoast Science Center.
In 2019, Centrus acquired To The Point Marketing Agency, which specialized in new services like email automation, Pardot, and Salesforce. The TTPM former employees joined the Centrus team: Jen Hazell, our Senior Account Strategist, and Leo Roy, our Senior Marketing Technologist.
Russell Smart, our Digital Marketing Specialist, also joined the team in 2019.
In 2020, Jen and Leo joined the ownership team. Centrus also gained its newest members, Kayla Lutz, our Digital Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Intern, Megan Galarneau.
