Bob Rustici
Founder, Managing Partner, & Search Jedi

Hi! I’m Bob. I’m a baby boomer, but don’t let that fool you. You’d only be able to tell when it comes to my (grand) dad jokes and my silky, white hair. I started this company because I was good at search marketing - really good. So good, it was frustrating when the agency I worked for minimized the emphasis on search with our clients.

So I ventured out on my own.

Now we have built a marketing consulting practice where our clients are our bosses. Search marketing has seen a lot of changes in the last 15 years, but one thing remains constant: RELEVANCY. If you provide relevant results and content to your audience - you will always see better results (better search engine visibility, more web traffic, more leads/sales, etc). So if you ever want to talk about search, let us know. I love to talk about search! Even if you don’t hire us, we’ll give you some tips you can use right away. I have a tendency to get a little nerdy & technical, so I’ll bring Jonathan along to translate.

Jonathan Day
Managing Partner & Millennial Beard

Hey friends, I’m Jonathan, and this bio was hard to write. Mostly because I much prefer to brag about our clients - seriously, we have some of the COOLEST clients - but here I am in a nutshell: I’m a full blown funtrepreneur - I do a lot of things, and they’re all things I think are fun. When I’m not helping grow & run Centrus, you can find me serving on 3 nonprofit boards, volunteering as the executive director for the nonprofit Digital Marketing Center, attending community events as an Ambassador for the Portsmouth Chamber Collaborative, or volunteering at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre. One weekend a month you can find me serving in the Air Force Reserve at Westover ARB in Chicopee, MA. Some other fun places you can find me are acting in local theatre, performing karaoke, wrangling the Thriller dancers in the Portsmouth Halloween Parade, having a cocktail on the decks, or spending time with my daughter (brunch is our thing). What do all of these things have in common? Passion. I’m passionate about everything I do, and as a client of Centrus Digital, you will get my maximum effort, and we’ll definitely have some fun.

Howdy. You've made it this far down the page. Thank you! So... what can I say about myself? I'm from the midwest which you will easily notice since I mispronounce words like 'Concord', 'Peabody', 'Worcester', etc.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University (Go Cardinals!), I spent the next ten years in manufacturing for a major chemical company (sorry, no shout out 'major chemical company'). Realizing an opportunity to open a restaurant (my wife's life long dream) we jumped ship and headed to the east coast. The restaurant industry is tough to say the least.

While the restaurant didn't work out, I re-discovered a passion I had in college: marketing. I enjoyed running Facebook, Instagram, and the blog for our restaurant. Coming up with new and creative ways to have a conversation with our digital audience was fun. Which lead me to Centrus where I have been honing my skills and having a blast running social and Google ads for our diverse base of clients.

Reagan Colby
Marketing, Biz Dev, & Velociraptor

Hi!! I'm Reagan and I'm tougher than I look. I have been a 'Tom Boy’ at heart my whole life. I grew up changing my tires in the pouring rain and trying to beat my 3 brothers in every sport imaginable. Today, I still teach myself how to fix anything wrong with my car and Donna (my scooter). So don’t be fooled by how I look.

When I'm not learning new hands-on skills, I'm diving for volleyballs in My Social Sports league or walking dogs through Rover (because who wouldn't want to hang out with dogs in their free time). I am a total nerd who would binge Star Wars or Jurassic Park on a Friday night. I consider myself a Velociraptor because my pack (family & friends) are always behind me and I'm not afraid of anything that comes my way. Overcoming obstacles is where I thrive and my creative mind generally thinks so far out of the box, I tip it over. Having had a dramatic change in my life, I see my world differently and seek to help those around me face their fears and come out better because of it. Working for a company that is so passionate about their clients and their success is why I am thrilled to use my creative personality and provide out of the box thinking so our clients may overcome fears and grow their business.

My best friend is a computer, but it wasn't always this way...
I was first lured in to creating graphics by design’s good friend Adobe. Ever since the three of us got together, we have never looked back. Soon, I found myself wandering outside of my desktop applications into the vast world that is 'The Internet'. It was in this extraordinary place that I found my passion for combining development and design.

These skills landed me at marketing agencies where my brain was fed with new and different combinations of technology. I got to play in my favorite place, ‘the internet’, combining design, development, automation, SEO, analytics, and more, across a wide variety of areas. Every client has different puzzles to solve and learning, combining, and creating solutions through technology is what I am passionate about. I am rarely ‘unplugged’ and at this point I’m not entirely sure I wouldn’t lose power if I was.
